Q: What facilities does The Old Bank Bothy include? A: The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cafetiere), smart TV, Wi‑Fi, electric fire, king‑size bed with under‑bed storage, USB sockets, rainfall shower, towel rail, washing machine, clothes storage, hairdryer, garment steamer, garden furniture and washing line. All heating, electricity, bed linens and towels are provided.

Check‑in & Check‑out

Q: What are the check‑in and check‑out times? A: Check‑in is from 3pm. Check‑out is by 10am.

Q: Can I request early check‑in or late check‑out? A: We’ll always try to help, depending on cleaning schedules and other bookings.

Parking & Access

Q: Is there parking available? A: Yes, free on‑street parking is available directly outside the property.

Q: Is the cottage easy to find? A: Yes. The Old Bank Bothy is located on South Road, Lowick. A Google Maps link is provided in your booking confirmation.

Q: Is Wi‑Fi included? A: Yes, fast and reliable Wi‑Fi is provided.

Q: Is there a TV? A: Yes, a Smart TV with access to streaming apps (use your own login).

Q: Are pets allowed? A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Q: Is smoking allowed? A: No, the property is strictly non‑smoking.

Q: What is there to do nearby? A: Lowick is close to Holy Island, Bamburgh, Berwick‑upon‑Tweed, St Cuthbert’s Way and many walking routes.

Q: Are there shops or pubs in the village? A: Yes, Lowick has a village shop and two pubs within walking distance.

Q: Do you require a deposit? A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your stay.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Cancellations made 14+ days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days, refunds are discretionary.
